Congenital Lobar Emphysema :
One of the Lobes of the lung becomes emphysematous so it enlarges in size and compresses the other lobe, the baby presents with respiratory distress, after evaluation with CT Scan baby needs thoracotomy and lobectomy (affected lobe is removed)
